OFFICIAL RULES OF THE MR MANNY’S SCORPION PIT COMPETITION AND BLUEPRINT CHALLENGE
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN IN JURISDICTIONS WHERE REQUIRED BY LAW. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. THIS IS A BONA FIDE COMPETITION OF SKILL. CHANCE PLAYS NO PART IN THE DETERMINATION OF WINNERS.
1. CORE LEGAL CLASSIFICATION AND SPONSOR IDENTITY
The Mr Manny’s Scorpion Pit Competition and Blueprint Challenge is an interactive, nationwide game of skill hosted and operated by GVH Studios, with all associated prize pools, revenue distributions, and financial obligations managed exclusively by Mr. Manny’s Moruga Gold, a C-Corporation organized under the laws of the State of Nevada, with its principal place of business located at 732 South 6th Street, Suite V, Las Vegas, Nevada 89101. This competition is governed strictly by United States federal law and applicable state laws governing skill-based contests.
The objective dominant factor in determining the winner of every tier is the creative, analytical, and presentation skill of the participant evaluated against objective grading criteria. Any element of chance, luck, or random draw is explicitly eliminated from all phases of evaluation, advancement, and prize award.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND STRICT INSIDER EXCLUSIONS
The competition is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence) at the time of entry.
To protect the integrity of a bona fide game of skill and prevent any perception of insider advantage or rigging, the following individuals are strictly disqualified from submitting entries, participating in the live broadcast, or winning any prize: employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and legal counsel of GVH Studios, Mr. Manny’s Moruga Gold, the expert judging panel, and any affiliate marketer actively competing on the top thirty affiliate leaderboard, alongside the immediate family members and household members of each such individual.
3. PRE-ORDER PACKAGE, ENTRY TIMELINE, AND FORFEITURE MECHANICS
The national promotional window opens on August 1, 2026, and permanently closes on October 31, 2026. The live game show broadcast sprint will operate from September 1, 2026, through November 1, 2026.
-
The Scorpion Box Physical Collectible: Participants may purchase the physical Scorpion Box pre-order package, with physical fulfillment scheduled for January 2027. The collectible box contains: the Golden Shovel Spoon bottle opener, a Challenge Coin, the Mr Manny Flag, an Official Contract and Rule Card, a fifty milliliter bottle of Scorpion Hot Honey rated at 1.2 million Scoville heat units, a metal spinning top, and two Gold dice.
-
Novelty Dice Disclaimer: The two Gold dice included inside the Scorpion Box are strictly physical novelty collectibles and play zero role in contest scoring, player selection, live stream mechanics, or winner determination. Rolling dice or utilizing random physical elements is strictly barred from the competition.
-
The Ten-Day Submission Window: Entrants receive a complimentary blueprint entry with their package and have exactly ten days from their purchase date to submit their proprietary business blueprint. All submission windows are strictly voided by the hard campaign closing deadline of October 31, 2026.
-
The One Million Unit Trigger: Once total campaign sales reach the one million unit threshold, a final twenty-four hour countdown clock is automatically triggered. No further purchases or entries will be accepted after this twenty-four hour window expires.
-
Entry Forfeiture Upon Payment Reversal: Contest entry is a complimentary benefit tied to the physical product purchase. If an entrant initiates a credit card chargeback, requests a refund, or causes a payment reversal at any time during or after the competition, their contest entry, judging scores, and leaderboard standing are immediately voided, resulting in full entry forfeiture upon payment reversal.
4. BLUEPRINT SUBMISSION CATEGORIES
To qualify for judging, each participant must submit an original, proprietary blueprint design answering one of the following three objective commercial challenges:
-
Educational Reform Blueprint: Design one actionable change to implement within a school system to build better student problem solvers within a one year timeframe.
-
Consumer Packaged Goods Blueprint: Design a standalone consumable food or packaged product ready for commercial marketplace launch within a one year timeframe.
-
Television Broadcast Blueprint: Design a complete television show pilot episode script and production layout ready for broadcast launch within a one year timeframe.
Blueprint Length & Image Parameters
All blueprints must adhere to strict length restrictions. The base maximum limit is 2,000 words with a strict maximum of five images. Each image incorporated into the blueprint costs 100 words from your total allowance. The specific word and image allowance scale is broken down as follows:

5. PROGRESSIVE SALES MILESTONES AND PRIZE TIERS
Prize pools unlock progressively based on total verified pre-order unit sales. To ensure complete transparency and eliminate consumer confusion, the competition is mapped into exactly twenty-eight distinct milestone tiers rewarding sixty-seven total qualifying winners across the campaign.
When a specific sales milestone is unlocked, the top scoring contestants on the global leaderboard compete for the designated awards of that tier:

-
Buyout Fund Source Clarification: If a winning contestant elects to take a guaranteed cash buyout instead of a travel package, the buyout funds are drawn directly from the established milestone prize tier.
-
The Cascading Pass Protocol: Each qualifying winner has exactly fifteen seconds to accept or decline a prize. A specific prize may be declined a maximum of five times across the leaderboard. The sixth designated contestant in line will have exactly seven seconds to respond and will automatically default to accepting the designated prize.
6. MULTI-LAYERED JUDGING, AI GATEKEEPER, AND THE 100-POINT RUBRIC
Because this is a game of skill, all submissions are evaluated through a rigorous, three phase objective scoring pipeline:
-
Phase 1: Automated Artificial Intelligence Scoring Gatekeeper. All initial submissions are processed through an artificial intelligence filter that scores entries strictly against our four objective rubric pillars to eliminate low effort or incomplete submissions. The automated algorithm selects the top thirty blueprints per tier for human quality control review. All algorithmic filtering and advancement decisions are final, binding, and non-appealable by participants.
-
Phase 2: Expert Judging Panel (90% of Final Score). The top twenty quality controlled blueprints per tier are delivered to an expert judging panel completely stripped of participant names and initial algorithmic scores. The expert panel evaluates each blueprint to account for ninety percent of the leaderboard score.
-
Phase 3: Pit Audience Judges (10% of Final Score). Registered broadcast audience members evaluate the filtered blueprints during the live stream, accounting for ten percent of the final score.
-
Bot Override Protection: The audience vote is strictly advisory. The broadcast host and expert judging panel retain sole and absolute discretion to override, nullify, or discard audience votes upon detecting irregular voting patterns, bot activity, click farms, or paid financial influence, defaulting the contestant back to their pure expert panel score.
The 100-Point Objective Judging Rubric
Every blueprint is graded on a clean one hundred point scale divided into four equal twenty-five point pillars:
-
Creativity (25 Points): Originality of the concept.
-
Planning (25 Points): Depth of analytical thought.
-
Practicality (25 Points): Real-world economic viability.
-
Presentation (25 Points): Clarity of written communication.
The Cascading Tiebreaker Protocol
In the event of a tie on total rubric score, winners are determined by the following cascading elimination hierarchy:
-
Tiebreaker 1: The system isolates only the sub-score for Creativity. The contestant with the higher Creativity score wins.
-
Tiebreaker 2: If still tied, the system isolates the sub-score for Planning. The higher Planning score wins.
-
Tiebreaker 3: In the highly improbable event of a persistent tie after evaluating objective sub-scores, the tie will be broken mathematically by database server log timestamps. The participant whose finalized blueprint was uploaded and logged into the server database first chronologically will be awarded the higher ranking.
7. LIVE GAME SHOW GAUNTLET AND BROADCAST MECHANICS (THE PIT)
Top scoring contestants advance to the live broadcast gauntlet streamed via OBS to YouTube and Twitch between September 1, 2026, and November 1, 2026. Each episode features ten contestants placed in the hot seat to defend their blueprints under extreme pressure.
-
The Sixty-Second Gauntlet: Contestants are brought on screen, presented with a live commercial curveball by the host, and placed on a strict sixty second survival clock to pitch their solution. Surviving the clock secures leaderboard standing; failing results in elimination.
-
Absentee Protocol and Forfeiture Mechanics Any contestant failing to appear for their scheduled live broadcast shall irrevocably forfeit their sixty-second pitch and Phase 3 audience scoring, defaulting exclusively to their consolidated expert panel judged scores. Such absent contestants will retain their active leaderboard position and remain valid. Should an absent contestant qualify for a prize, their inability to affirmatively accept the award within the strictly enforced fifteen-second window shall constitute a constructive declination, automatically triggering the Section 5 Cascading Pass Protocol without further notice or right of appeal.
-
The Vault Dilemma: At key winning thresholds, top contenders face a high stakes choice to either accept a guaranteed cash buyout from the tier vault or risk their standing to compete for the grand prize.
-
Full Technical Specification of Freeze Mechanics (Venom and Antidote): Upon entry, every competitor receives an inventory of three venom freezes (ten minute, five minute, and one minute durations). When hit with venom, the live feed of the poisoned player transitions immediately to a FROZEN slate, their microphone is muted, their pitch clock is paused, and their leaderboard score is grayed out. A player builds thirty seconds of cumulative immunity after each freeze hit. Competitors also possess two antidote shields that restore their feed instantly or deploy a ten minute or three minute green aura protective shield. The host moderation dashboard controls all visual slates and audio feeds.
-
Platform Disruption and Force Majeure: If a live broadcast suffers technical failure, server outage, DDoS attack, or an erroneous automated copyright takedown by YouTube or Twitch during a sixty second pitch clock or freeze countdown, GVH Studios retains sole and absolute discretion to pause, reset, or reschedule the gauntlet without incurring financial liability, refund obligations, or penalty.
8. AFFILIATE LEADERBOARD AND FTC COMPLIANCE
Affiliates earn a base commission of ten dollars per unit sold through their tracking link, alongside competing for a top thirty cash leaderboard featuring a one hundred thousand dollar first place grand prize.
-
Mandatory FTC Endorsement Compliance: All participating affiliates must strictly adhere to Federal Trade Commission endorsement guidelines by clearly displaying clear advertising disclosures on all promotional links. Affiliates are prohibited from making deceptive income claims or utilizing automated spam networks. All affiliates must complete and pass a mandatory pre-link compliance quiz before receiving an active tracking link. Any violation of promotional regulations results in an immediate payout freeze, forfeiture of leaderboard standing, and a permanent ban from the network.
9. PRIZE CLEARING, TAX WITHHOLDING, AND IRS W-9 COMPLIANCE
All locked prizes will be cleared and paid out exactly forty-five days following the official verification of contest results.
-
Mandatory Tax Withholding Protocols: The release of any cash prize, travel package buyout, or affiliate leaderboard reward valued at six hundred dollars or more is strictly conditional upon the potential winner executing and delivering a valid IRS Form W-9 and verified government identification. For all six figure and million dollar prize tiers, Mr. Manny’s Moruga Gold reserves the absolute right to deduct and withhold all mandatory federal and state backup withholding taxes directly from the cash prize pool prior to executing wire transfers to the winner.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ASSIGNMENT AND GENERAL CONDITIONS
By submitting a blueprint entry into the Mr Manny Scorpion Challenge, each participant expressly acknowledges and agrees that all winning concepts, designs, ideas, scripts, and commercial frameworks become the exclusive, permanent intellectual property of GVH Studios. Winning participants assign all copyright, trademark, and development rights to GVH Studios without further financial compensation beyond the awarded prize tier.
11. BINDING ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER
By participating in this competition, each entrant explicitly agrees that any controversy, claim, or legal dispute arising out of or relating to these Official Rules, the scoring algorithm, the broadcast mechanics, or the awarding of any prize shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Clark County, Nevada.
Entrants expressly waive any right to file, join, or initiate any class action lawsuit, collective action, or private attorney general proceeding against GVH Studios, Mr. Manny’s Moruga Gold, or their respective affiliates, managing members, or broadcast partners.
12. ABSOLUTE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DAMAGE CAP
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GVH Studios, Mr. Manny’s Moruga Gold, their officers, directors, members, employees, and technology contractors shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in the competition or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
In no event shall the total aggregate financial liability of the competition sponsors and organizers to any participant exceed the actual purchase price paid by that participant for their physical pre-order package.
13. OFFICIAL TIMEKEEPING AUTHORITY
The internal server clock and database timestamp architecture managed by GVH Studios shall serve as the sole, absolute, and unappealable official timekeeping device for the competition. This includes tracking the ten day blueprint submission window, the October 31 campaign deadline, the twenty-four hour closing trigger, and the chronological timestamps utilized in Tiebreaker 3. No personal clock, computer device time, or external timestamp shall have any legal validity in determining entry deadlines or tiebreaking order.
14. COMPREHENSIVE RIGHT TO CANCEL, MODIFY, OR SUSPEND
If for any reason the competition cannot run as planned due to a computer virus, interactive bug, tampering, unauthorized human intervention, technical malfunction, server corruption, or any other cause beyond the control of GVH Studios that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the game show, GVH Studios reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition.
In the event of such cancellation, GVH Studios reserves the right to evaluate existing verified entries received up to the point of disruption and award unlocked prize tiers based strictly on the objective rubric scores.
15. NO EMPLOYMENT OR JOINT VENTURE CREATION
Nothing in these Official Rules or the operational conduct of the competition shall be construed as creating an employer and employee relationship, a partnership, a joint venture, or an agency relationship between any entrant, affiliate marketer, or broadcast contestant and GVH Studios or Mr. Manny’s Moruga Gold.
All participants operate solely as independent competitors. Contestants are not entitled to workers compensation benefits, unemployment insurance, labor union representation, or ongoing corporate compensation from the hosting entities.
16. SEVERABILITY AND SURVIVAL
If any specific clause, provision, or mechanical rule within these Official Rules is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction or an appointed arbitrator to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable state or federal law, such determination shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision in this document.
The remaining clauses shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified by the adjudicating authority only to the extent necessary to render it valid and enforceable while preserving the original commercial intent of the competition.
