REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: August 1, 2026

All Sales Are Final: Due to the custom, limited-production run of the physical pre-order collectible package and the immediate allocation of the complimentary blueprint entry into the Mr. Manny’s Scorpion Pit Competition, all sales, pre-orders, and purchases are strictly final, non-refundable, and non-cancellable.

No Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges for pre-ordered items once an order has been placed and processed through the checkout system.

Damaged or Defective Physical Goods: In the unlikely event that your physical collectible arrives damaged or defective upon fulfillment in Spring 2027, you must notify our support team at visionary@gvhstudios.com within seven (7) days of delivery.

• You must provide your original order number and detailed clear photo/video evidence of the defect or damage.

• If approved by our fulfillment team, Mr. Manny’s Moruga Gold will, at its sole discretion, issue a replacement of the damaged physical component.

Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy: If a buyer initiates a credit card chargeback, payment reversal, or bank dispute at any time, their complimentary contest entry, blueprint judging scores, and leaderboard standing are immediately voided, resulting in full forfeiture of competition participation.
