Welcome to MrMannysMorugaGold.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, purchases of physical merchandise, participation in affiliated programs, and entry into the Mr. Manny’s Scorpion Pit Competition and Blueprint Challenge hosted and managed exclusively by Mr. Manny’s Moruga Gold.

1. Corporate Identity and Agreement to Terms

This website, the interactive game of skill, and all associated promotional operations, prize tiers, and financial obligations are owned, operated, and managed exclusively by Mr. Manny’s Moruga Gold, a C-Corporation organized under the laws of the State of Nevada, with its principal place of business located at 732 South 6th Street, Suite V, Las Vegas, Nevada 89101.  

By accessing this website, purchasing the pre-order box, or submitting a blueprint entry, you agree to be bound unconditionally by these Terms, our Official Contest Rules, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

2. Eligibility & Strict Insider Exclusions

General Age & Location: Participation is open strictly to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Colorado, Maryland, Nebraska, North Dakota, and Vermont, and all U.S. territories and possessions) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Strict Insider Exclusion: To protect the integrity of a bona fide game of skill, the following individuals are strictly disqualified from participating in the contest, appearing on the live broadcast, or claiming prizes: employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and legal counsel of Mr. Manny’s Moruga Gold, members of the expert judging panel, and active leaderboard affiliate marketers, along with their immediate family and household members.

3. Product Purchases, Pre-Orders, & Complimentary Entry

The Product: The Scorpion Box is an annual limited-edition physical collectible package, with physical fulfillment scheduled for Spring 2027.  

Complimentary Entry: Every purchase includes a complimentary blueprint entry into the Mr. Manny’s Scorpion Pit Competition.

The 10-Day Window: Entrants have exactly ten days from their purchase date to submit their proprietary business blueprint via the official portal.  

Campaign Deadline: The national promotional window permanently closes on October 31, 2026, and all submission windows are strictly voided by this hard deadline.  

The 1 Million Unit Trigger: Once total campaign sales reach the one million unit threshold, a final twenty-four hour countdown clock is automatically triggered, after which no further purchases or entries will be accepted.  

4. Refund Policy & Forfeiture Mechanics

All Sales Final: Due to the limited production run of the physical collectible and the immediate allocation of the complimentary contest entry, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Payment Reversal & Chargebacks: If a customer initiates a credit card chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute at any time, their contest entry, judging scores, and leaderboard standing are immediately voided, resulting in full entry forfeiture.  

5. Intellectual Property Assignment

By submitting a blueprint entry into the competition, you expressly acknowledge and agree that all winning concepts, designs, ideas, scripts, and commercial frameworks become the exclusive, permanent intellectual property of Mr. Manny’s Moruga Gold. Winning participants assign all copyright, trademark, and development rights to the C-Corporation without further financial compensation beyond the awarded prize tier.

6. Limitation of Liability & Mandatory Arbitration

Damage Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate financial liability of Mr. Manny’s Moruga Gold to any participant shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by that participant for their physical pre-order package.  

Binding Individual Arbitration: Any controversy, claim, or legal dispute shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Clark County, Nevada.  

Class Action Waiver: Entrants expressly waive any right to file, join, or initiate any class action lawsuit, collective action, or private attorney general proceeding against Mr. Manny’s Moruga Gold.

7. Contest Structure & Prize Tiers:

Compete to win a Trip to Trinidad Carnival for 1 2027 10k value - $5k buyout option (0 - 1,000 Units)

  • 1,000 Units (The Floor / Activation): At 1k units we add 2x $1k cash winners option so winners at each tier. Each player has 15 secs to accept or decline (A specific prize may be declined a maximum of five times; the sixth designated winner will have 7 seconds, automatically default to accepting the prize) 

Phase 2: The Scaling Milestones (2,000 - 100,000 Units)

  • 2,000 Units: Trip 10k/ $5k buyout + 2x $2k cash winner (phase 1-2, 3 winners per tier)

  • 3k unit: 10k trip/ 5k buyout - 2x winners $3k cash 

  • 4k units:  20k trip for 2 (10k buyout) - 2x winners $4k cash 

  • 5,000 Units: 20k trip - 2x winners $5,000 Cash

  • 6k units - 20k trip - 2x winners $6k cash 

  • 7k Units: 20k trip - 2x winners $7,000 Cash 

  • 8k units: 20k trip - 2x winners 8k cash

  • 9k units 20k trip- 2x winner 9k cash

  • 10,000 units: 20k trip + 2x winners 10k choice

  • 20k units: 3 winners-more $15k

  • 30k units: 3x winners-  $20k cash

  • 40k units: 3x winners- $25k options

  • 50k units: 3x winners- $30k options

  • 60k units: 3x winners- $35k options

  • 70k units: 3x winners - $40k options

  • 80k units: 3x winners- $50k options

  • 90k units  3x winners-  $75k options

(5 people pass on prize the 6th person defaults to taking a prize)

Phase 3: 6 figure Jumps (200k - 1,000,000 Units)

Note: Prize payouts shift exclusively to massive multi-winner cash pools.

  • 100k units: 2x winners- $100k options        

  • 200,000 Units: 200k +1

  • 300,000 Units: 300k +1

  • 400,000 Units: 400k +1

  • 500,000 Units: 500k +1

  • 600,000 Units: 600k +1

  • 700,000 Units: 700k +1

  • 800,000 Units: 800k +1

  • 900,000 Units: $900k +1

  • 1,000,000 Units (The Ultimate Goal): 3 Winners receive the Grand Prize of $1,000,000 Cash each ($3,000,000 Total)
