1. Pre-Order Schedule & Spring 2027 Fulfillment

The Scorpion Box is an exclusive annual limited release.  

Pre-Order Window: The national promotional window opens on August 1, 2026, and permanently closes on October 31, 2026.  

Physical Shipping Window: Physical shipping for this limited-edition collectible is now officially marked for Spring 2027.  

Package Contents: The physical box includes the Golden Shovel Spoon bottle opener, a Challenge Coin, the Mr. Manny Flag, an Official Contract and Rule Card, a 50ml bottle of Scorpion Hot Honey (1.2 million Scoville heat units), a metal spinning top, and two Gold novelty dice.  

2. Complimentary Digital Access & The 10-Day Window

Purchasing the physical pre-order package grants immediate complimentary blueprint entry into the Mr. Manny’s Scorpion Pit Competition.  

Immediate Activation: While your physical goods will ship in Spring 2027, your digital contest privileges are activated instantly upon checkout.

The 10-Day Clock: Entrants have exactly ten days from their purchase date to submit their proprietary business blueprint.  

Hard Deadlines: All submission windows are strictly voided by the hard campaign closing deadline of October 31, 2026. Furthermore, once total campaign sales reach the 1,000,000 unit threshold, a final 24-hour countdown clock is automatically triggered. No further purchases or entries will be accepted after this 24-hour window expires.  

3. Refund Policy & Forfeiture Mechanics

Because contest entry is a complimentary benefit tied immediately to your purchase, if an entrant initiates a credit card chargeback, requests a refund, or causes a payment reversal at any time, their contest entry, judging scores, and leaderboard standing are immediately voided.
